WikiPediaBugs
Not really a bug, but...
I was trying to find a good way to change the links for the entire UnitedStatesConstitution section so that all the subsections would automatically migrate to United_States_Constitution. Instead of copying and pasting everything on the web, I figured I could just copy the files on the server from one directory to the other. I tried this and the site broke, so now I think I will just ask if there is a way to do this. So,
When we are changing links to the much nicer free link style, is there a good way to get subsections changed as well without having to manually edit each page in the subsection?
I noticed on the Sweden page (http://www.wikipedia.com/wiki.cgi?Sweden) some of the cities were wiki links and others were not. It looks like cities with umlauts do not show up as links:
Malmö,
Malmo,
As an American I have no qualms about ignoring umlauts, accent graves, and other such things that non-English speakers seem attached to. But perhaps others will want to use these.

''A temporary solution that fixes the links, but not the page titles, is Malmö.
I think we will have to wait on this one until CliffordAdams is back from vacation. I will study the code a bit.
This is a very vexing problem, I bet. Because what we really want is to let people type fancy letters if they want, but to have them ultimately resolve to non-fancy letters (so that AccidentalLinking still works fairly well). Also, I don't think fancy letters are legal in a URL at all, so they can't be linking codes.
