Superbowl Sunday is the day on which it takes place.

In Superbowl 35 (Jan 28, 2001) the BaltimoreRavens defeated the NewYorkGiants convincingly, 34-7.

The Superbowl was first played in 1967 between the champions of the American Football League and the NationalFootballLeague, and now features the champions of the American Football Conference and the National Football Conference, under the aegis of the NFL.
