Brother and husband of HerA (identified with JunO). Their son is HephaistoS (VulcaN). He is famous for his many extraconjugal affairs (in parentheses the offspring) with human maiden such as LedA (CastoR, PolluX, HelenOfTroy, Clytemnestra), PasiphAE (MinotauruS), as well as lesser GoD""esses.
