''Brief question - I couldn't help but notice on the (very nice) stuff you put up about Polish and other Slavic tongues, that you say they separated out around 3000 BC (I checked on Britannica and it agrees with you, just in case). However most of the source's I've seen have the various other IndoEuropean groups separate out a millenium later, e.g. Celtic, Greek. Would you happen to know why these are so different?''

''Some searching finds that there are (as should be expected) a bunch of different chronologies for the separation of Indo-European languages. First of all, the Europeans started migrating into Europe at least as early as 2500-2000 BC, which was earlier than I had thought (not an expert at all). The dialects separate out much earlier than that, though the slavs supposedly aren't discernable as a distinct group until about 1400 BC. This probably refers to their separation out from the baltic peoples. I'll do some more reading and fix up anything I happened to say that was wrong. --JoshuaGrosse''
