TheLegalImplicationsOfWikis

Suppose I were to defame JimboWales, e.g., saying that he is an [http://www.google.com/search?q=%22insensitive+clod%22 insensitive clod], overly [http://www.google.com/search?q=%22fond+of+sheep%22 fond of sheep], and a boozing stinker (or a stinking boozer). Could anyone bring a defamation lawsuit against the owner of Wikipedia's server (which, it so happens, is JimboWales), against the defamer of JimboWales, or against anyone else? Well, sure, but could anyone be taken seriously for doing so? Could anyone ''win'' such a lawsuit?
