It's very easy to edit a wiki page. Simply click on the "Edit text of this page" link at the bottom of a wiki page. This will bring you to a page with a text box containing the text of that wiki page. Then simply type in whatever you want! You can take credit for what you write (you can make your name into a wiki page: LarrySanger) or not. Everything from the SubLime to the RidiCulous is possible. We prefer that you write BrilliantProse rather than PatentNonsense.
