Work-shopping is an opportunity to work with your peers to clarify weaknesses and experiment with improvements. Hence, to successfully participate:
- Bring the actual writing assignment.
- If it has already been assessed, identity those things to which your are still confused (e.g., "I didn't understand this feedback") and those things which you have attempted to improve (e.g., "I rewrote the introduction, does this help?").
- If it has not been assessed, bring a list of questions you have about the work (e.g., "does this frame the structure well?" or "am I using a preposition correctly here?")
- Be prepared to give further constructive feedback to your peers.
